Peachy Productions was asked by Battersea Arts Centre and Caiger & Co to design and install a striking draping display for their exclusive showcase event.

The centrepiece of the evening was a bespoke overhead draping installation, suspended above the dining space so guests experienced the display directly overhead as they ate — creating a dramatic, immersive atmosphere that elevated the whole dining experience.

The event brought together an intimate, invite-only guest list of just 30, drawn from high-end corporate event, party and brand activation agencies, making it a genuine showcase of what's possible when specialist suppliers collaborate closely together.

Working alongside Battersea Arts Centre and Caiger & Co, Peachy Productions delivered a visually impactful design that resonated with an audience of industry peers, demonstrating both our creative approach to draping and our ability to collaborate seamlessly with venues and caterers to bring a shared vision to life.

For Chris and Harriet's wedding on the Isle of Wight, Peachy Productions worked alongside wedding planner Antonia Humphrey of Honour & Pop to bring a magical beachside celebration to life at Priory Bay's Boathouse and Event Yurt.

Set against the stunning backdrop of Priory Bay Beach, we provided the full technical and furniture package for the day: bespoke lighting carrying the celebration from a golden-hour ceremony through to an atmospheric evening reception, a full sound system for speeches, live music and dancing, and furniture throughout both the Boathouse and the Event Yurt, suited to the relaxed coastal elegance of the setting.

Working closely with Antonia and the team at The Events Co., our role was to make every technical element feel effortless, letting Chris, Harriet and their guests fully enjoy an unforgettable day by the sea — with the island's natural beauty always taking centre stage, from ceremony to last dance.

For Farrah's 18th, Peachy Productions were brought in by Sousette Party Planners to handle the full technical and structural production behind the scenes, letting the florals and tipis take centre stage.

Lighting ran throughout: warm festoon and fairy lights traced every tipi pole and pergola beam, uplights washed the floral arches and mushroom sculptures in soft colour, while the dance tent came alive with moving heads, a mirrorball and gobo projection across the dancefloor and DJ booth. Outside, flaming torches lined the entrance path and coloured spots lit the hay-bale-ringed games area and lounge nook.

Sousette built the bespoke wooden entrance pergola and matching walkway structure, strung with lantern-lit festoons, forming a striking approach from the car park into the tipis — alongside a further pergola over the lounge/fire-pit area.

Power distribution was fully managed on-site, safely running everything from the bars and DJ rig to the photo booth, lighting towers and late-night fireworks display, keeping the whole event seamless from dusk into the party.

For the Music Producers Guild Awards at Grosvenor House Hotel, we built a stage and lighting package to suit a ballroom used to hosting the biggest nights in the country. A branded backdrop and repeating step-and-repeat framed a raised stage, with twin projection screens either side carrying the show content and winner reveals to every table in the room.

Moving head fixtures worked the stage and staircase entrance, while a full wash of purple and blue uplighting picked out the room's columns and mirrored walls, working with the venue's own chandeliers rather than against them. A starcloth backdrop on the staircase gave presenters a clean entrance point, and PA and control were positioned to run the whole show from one place without disrupting sightlines across the tables.

It's the kind of brief where the room does half the work, and our job is not to fight it.

For a 60th birthday at home, we turned a private garden into a full-scale fairground and festival site for the night. Dodgems and a Ferris wheel sat alongside bouncy castles and an ice cream van for the afternoon, while a military brass band played poolside as guests arrived in 60s and 70s fancy dress.

As the sun went down, a Beatles tribute act and an Elvis impersonator took over a marquee stage rigged with trussing, moving lights and a full PA, and a second marquee kept the dancing going long into the evening under pink and purple wash. We handled every part ourselves: event management, catering, sound, lighting, generators and power distribution across the whole site, so the family could spend the day as guests rather than organisers.

It's the kind of brief we like best, one garden, one night, a genuinely wide mix of entertainment brought together as one.
