Peachy Productions was brought in to deliver the lighting and sound systems for the launch of Staycity Dalston, helping create a polished, high-impact atmosphere for the opening of the venue's newest aparthotel. As specialists in technical event production, Peachy provided a bespoke lighting design that transformed the space, setting the tone for a memorable launch event while highlighting the venue's architecture and interior design.

18th birthday party for Sousette Party Planners

For Farrah's 18th, Peachy Productions were brought in by Sousette Party Planners to handle the full technical and structural production behind the scenes, letting the florals and tipis take centre stage.

Lighting ran throughout: warm festoon and fairy lights traced every tipi pole and pergola beam, uplights washed the floral arches and mushroom sculptures in soft colour, while the dance tent came alive with moving heads, a mirrorball and gobo projection across the dancefloor and DJ booth. Outside, flaming torches lined the entrance path and coloured spots lit the hay-bale-ringed games area and lounge nook.

Sousette built the bespoke wooden entrance pergola and matching walkway structure, strung with lantern-lit festoons, forming a striking approach from the car park into the tipis — alongside a further pergola over the lounge/fire-pit area.

Power distribution was fully managed on-site, safely running everything from the bars and DJ rig to the photo booth, lighting towers and late-night fireworks display, keeping the whole event seamless from dusk into the party.

60th Summer birthday party at Home

For a 60th birthday at home, we turned a private garden into a full-scale fairground and festival site for the night. Dodgems and a Ferris wheel sat alongside bouncy castles and an ice cream van for the afternoon, while a military brass band played poolside as guests arrived in 60s and 70s fancy dress.

As the sun went down, a Beatles tribute act and an Elvis impersonator took over a marquee stage rigged with trussing, moving lights and a full PA, and a second marquee kept the dancing going long into the evening under pink and purple wash. We handled every part ourselves: event management, catering, sound, lighting, generators and power distribution across the whole site, so the family could spend the day as guests rather than organisers.

It's the kind of brief we like best, one garden, one night, a genuinely wide mix of entertainment brought together as one.

18th Birthday in Country

For an 18th birthday set against a country house at dusk, we delivered every piece of production behind the celebration.

Guests moved between spaces built for different moods: a Persian-styled marquee lounge with rattan furniture and botanical linings for early evening drinks, a clear-roofed dining marquee strung with festoon lighting beneath a fairy-lit ceiling, and a starlit dance tent - complete with mirror ball, moving lighting, DJ booth and live band stage - that carried the night through to the early hours.

Behind it sat the technical build: full sound reinforcement, lighting design, bars both indoors and out, furniture throughout, and the power distribution and generators needed to run it all reliably across the grounds - including string-lit trees guiding guests up the driveway and fire pits glowing outside.

35th, 40th & 60th Birthday parties – African Themed

For one night, a central London venue became the African savannah.

This milestone celebration - a combined 40th and 60th birthday for 160 guests - called for total transformation, not just decoration. Working from a blank room, our team designed the concept from the ground up: dense tropical planting, oversized flamingos and parrots taking flight overhead, and warm amber lighting that turned the space into a living, breathing landscape.

We didn't just style the room - we ran the entire production. Bespoke floral displays, tailored linen and table settings, and full catering were planned and delivered as one coordinated event, alongside the lighting, staging and technical build that brought the theme to life after dark.

One dedicated team, one point of contact, from the first conversation to the final guest leaving the dance floor - so our clients could simply enjoy the party they'd imagined.

Production for a 50th Birthday – Wonder Events

For a fabulous cowboy-themed 50th, Wonder Events brought us in to deliver the lighting and power distribution behind the scenes.

Paula, from Wonder Events, had a clear vision from the outset, and we worked closely with her throughout to turn it into reality on the day. Under the baking sun, our team installed over 300m of festoon lighting across the site, rigged interactive dance floor lighting on a goalpost structure framing the dance floor, and ran the cabling needed to power it all safely and reliably.

It's the kind of project we love: working alongside another events team, trusted to deliver the technical side while they focus on the bigger picture - one dedicated crew, clear communication, and a result that let everyone enjoy the party without a thought for what was happening behind it.
