Peachy Productions is a wedding planner and party planning company working across London, Surrey and Hampshire, with our production warehouse in Aldershot. Unlike most planners, we also own and run the lighting, sound, staging, power and marquee infrastructure. The person planning your day is backed by the team building it, so nothing gets lost between suppliers.

Full wedding planning, from first idea to last dance

We plan weddings in country houses, hotels, barns, London venues and private gardens. You get one dedicated planner from the first conversation to the final song, and a production team that turns the plan into reality.

Wedding planning at home and marquee weddings: A wedding at home or on a private estate starts with an empty field. We plan and supply everything it needs: marquees or stretch tents, power, toilets, catering space, bars, dance floors, lighting and sound. For a 280-guest wedding in the Suffolk countryside, we designed a hand-built rose canopy and delivered marquees, generators, toilets, a 14ft circular bar and a stage for live bands.

Venue wedding planning: Already have a venue? We work with its team to design the room, manage your suppliers and produce the day, from ceremony lighting and speeches to the band and the dance floor.

Destination and unusual wedding planning: Beaches, woodlands, historic buildings and places that have never hosted a wedding before. We've planned and produced a beach wedding at Priory Bay on the Isle of Wight, solving tides, access and power along the way.

Party planning for birthdays and celebrations

Milestone birthdays, anniversaries, engagement parties and summer garden parties deserve the same care as a wedding. We plan themed parties at home and in venues across Surrey and Hampshire, including 18th, 50th and 60th birthday parties, complete with marquees, lighting, sound, entertainment and catering.

How far in advance should we book a wedding planner? Twelve to eighteen months is ideal for summer weekends, especially for marquee weddings. We can also plan shorter timelines, so ask even if your date is close.

Do you offer partial wedding planning? Yes. Some couples want full planning; others want us to handle the marquee, production and on-the-day coordination. We tailor the service to you.

Do you offer wedding planning at home? Yes. Weddings at home and on private estates are among our specialities, including marquees, power, toilets and everything else an empty field needs.

Do you offer party planning for small or children's parties? We focus on larger celebrations where planning and production matter. For smaller parties, our sister company PartyFix offers dry hire party equipment.
