Bollinger Champagne Activation – The Allianz Stadium, Twickenham

Peachy Productions was appointed to design and deliver the Bollinger Champagne Tent at The Allianz Stadium, Twickenham for the Six Nations — the sixth iteration of a partnership spanning 15 years with Bollinger and Twickenham. Working closely with both parties, we set out to maximise the available space while creating a unique, striking structure that pushed the design further with each edition, reflecting Bollinger's elegance and reputation on rugby's biggest domestic stage.

Our scope covered full design and build of the tent environment, alongside the provision of all operational staff needed to run it seamlessly across matchday. This long-standing, trusted relationship meant Bollinger could rely on a single partner with deep institutional knowledge of the venue, continually evolving the space year on year.

With thousands of guests passing through Twickenham on Six Nations matchdays, Peachy Productions ensured the Bollinger tent stood out as a polished, memorable destination — a true testament to 15 years of collaborative excellence.

The Peoples Vote – Mobile stage and production

When The People's Vote needed a platform to broadcast their message in Parliament Square on the day of the historic Brexit vote, the brief seemed straightforward: two large screens, stage, lighting, sound and temporary power. Then came the curveball — only the cycle lane to work within, a two-hour install window, no road closures, no rehearsals, and zero disruption to rush-hour Parliament Square during one of the most publicised votes in British political history.

Peachy Productions responded with a bold solution: a fully pre-rigged stage built on a curtain-side truck trailer, focused and packed for rapid deployment. On site, we delivered LED and projection screens with live feeds from the stage and Parliament, full sound coverage across the square, and dynamic crowd and stage lighting — all run from a tight side-of-stage position, adapting live to a constantly shifting running order.

The result: a flawless, high-profile show delivered against extraordinary odds.

Australia House – Celebration of Australian Influence on the British Stage

Peachy Productions was proud to support Australia House for their event celebrating Australian influence on the British stage, a glittering evening honouring the impact Australian talent has had on UK theatre and performance.

For this prestigious occasion, we were asked to provide a red carpet arrival, gold bars and lighting design — creating a polished, celebratory atmosphere befitting the historic surroundings of Australia House and the calibre of guests attending.

The red carpet set the tone from the moment guests arrived, while the gold bars added a sophisticated, statement touch to the evening's hospitality. Our lighting design was used to elevate the venue's grand interiors, highlighting key architectural features and creating a warm, theatrical ambience throughout the space.

It was a pleasure to contribute to an evening celebrating such a rich cultural connection between Australia and the British stage, delivered with the elegance the occasion deserved.

Taylor’s Port Pop up Installation – Ragley Hall

At Ragley Hall, for the Game Fair, Peachy Productions designed and installed a bespoke branded pop-up for Taylor's Port, bringing the heritage of the 1692 Douro house to life for visitors on site. The space combined a fully clad timber bar and display wall — a striking stacked-crate installation showcasing the full Taylor's range, from LBV and 10-Year Tawny to Vinte Vinte and the Chip Dry — with warm, characterful branding throughout.

A cosy lounge corner featured a reclaimed barrel sofa, Taylor's cushions and a faux vineyard "window" transporting guests straight to the Douro Valley, alongside mirrored panels and planting to soften the structure. Red carpet and bold red-and-gold signage tied the whole footprint together, while a chalkboard offer and gift packs encouraged purchases.

From concept and build through to on-site installation, Peachy Productions delivered a fully immersive brand activation on behalf of the client, blending craftsmanship with authentic storytelling.

Large scale industrial Lighting within numerous marquees

For a client running large marquee structures across a major event site, we were asked to supply and install industrial-grade lighting throughout, purely as a rental package. High-bay LED floodlights were rigged along the roof trusses of every marquee, giving consistent, even coverage across spans running well over a hundred metres, so teams working inside had proper light whatever the hour.

The brief covered numerous structures of different sizes, from vast logistics marquees to smaller hospitality spaces, each lit to the same standard and installed to the same timeline. We supplied the fixtures, the rigging, the cabling and the installation crew, then handed the space back to the client to run as their own.

It's a straightforward brief on paper, get reliable light into a huge footprint on time, but doing it consistently across multiple structures at this scale takes real coordination and rigging experience.

Lighting and Projection to Guildford Cathedral

Guildford Cathedral's tower and nave give us one of the largest canvases we work on, a landmark visible for miles across Surrey. We were asked to light the building's sides and bell tower and project imagery and wording across its west front, turning a static facade into a message the whole county could read at once.

Over several return visits we've built projections for NHS thank-yous, the VE Day anniversary, Surrey Day and community campaigns like Surrey Drive, each one a different combination of colour, artwork and lettering across the same stone. Blue washes the tower most nights, and on the evenings that matter, it gives way to rainbows, union flags, or a single word picked out in light.

It's a relationship we keep returning to, because a building this size rewards precise, considered lighting design, and because every projection has to read cleanly from right across the city.

Interactive Tunnel – Client activation in Vienna, Austria

The client was looking for an attention grabbing activation at the entrance to an exhibition in Vienna, Austria.

The solution - A twin LED arches framing the entrance, a mist curtain marking the threshold, and an LED tunnel wrapped in animated graphics to draw delegates in off the exhibition floor, all set on a fitted carpet floor. To this we're adding cladding panels across the truss and the reverse of each LED wall, so nothing structural is left exposed, every angle reads as finished rather than backstage. Flanking the tunnel, straight fabric-wrapped walls at 6m x 3m give clean surfaces for graphics or branding either side of the entrance sequence.

Built this way, the whole approach holds together as one considered arrival: LED, mist and tunnel doing the spectacle, the panelling and fabric walls doing the tidying up around it, so visitors only ever see the finished picture.

Seen Presents – Product Launch

The Brief

Seen Presents approached the Peachy team with the objective of staging an edgy, fresh and innovative launch of the new product, followed by a private and exclusive dinner and presentation. Based on the venue selected by the client, our task was to totally recreate the space to fit the product and the brand. In addition, we had to make sure we retained the view of the O2 stadium and keep to the very tight venue hire period.

Approach

•We approached the set design to best utilise the hired space, incorporating a staged area, seated tables and a space to showcase the product.
•The styling formed a contemporary and colourful display, with extensive rigging to house the lighting which eloquently enhanced the space.
•A stage structure was fitted with a custom flat screen and our technicians managed all aspects of the seamless AV feeds for the duration of the event.
•Table furniture was styled and decorated with colourful props to combine all aspects of the overarching theme – all the time retaining the spectacular landmark view.
