The Bottle Factory, London – Warehouse Event Production off the Old Kent Road

Just off the Old Kent Road in south east London, The Bottle Factory is a pair of Victorian warehouses built for J. Mills & Sons’ bottling works, the earliest part dating to 1895. Restored by Fabrix as a 30,000 square foot creative campus, it keeps its exposed brick, steel and industrial character. It also hosts launches, exhibitions, private views and community events alongside its resident makers, including Thames Distillers, one of London’s oldest gin producers.

Unlike a hotel ballroom, The Bottle Factory doesn’t come with an events package built in. That’s its appeal: brands and organisers can create something that feels like their own. • lapel and handheld microphones, with an engineer mixing live
• full systems for DJs and live bands

Power, set and theming

Industrial buildings rarely have the power an event needs in the right place. We survey the space in advance and bring power distribution or generators where needed, so lighting, sound, catering and bars run safely. Our set design and theming team can build branded environments, partition walls and bespoke installations that sit naturally against the raw brick.

We agree access, load-in times and noise levels with the site team in advance, use free-standing structures rather than fixings, and protect floors during the build.
