Event Set Design & Theming
About this service
Event Set Design & Theming in London, Surrey & Hampshire
Bespoke sets, backdrops, draping and installations that turn a venue into a world of its own.
Theming is where an idea stops being a mood board and starts being a space your guests walk into. The right set design changes how people feel the moment they arrive: a ballroom becomes a speakeasy, a marquee becomes a rose garden, a conference stage becomes a statement about your brand.
Peachy Productions provides event set design and theming across London, Surrey and Hampshire from our warehouse in Aldershot. We design, build and install every set, then light it properly, because a set that isn't lit well is just scenery. Our designers and production crew work as one team, so what you approve on paper is exactly what appears on the day.
Corporate event set design
Your stage is often the most photographed part of a conference or awards dinner. We design corporate event sets that carry your brand, frame your speakers and look sharp on camera: stage backdrops, branded fascias, lecterns, award plinths and LED-integrated sets. We create set designs for conferences, awards ceremonies, product launches and brand activations, including the Bollinger Champagne activation at the Allianz Stadium, Twickenham.
Brand activation and pop-up theming
Brand activations need to stop people in their tracks. We design and build pop-up installations, immersive experiences and themed spaces that people want to walk into, photograph and share. Our work includes a Taylor's Port pop-up installation at the Game Fair at Ragley Hall and an interactive light tunnel for a client activation in Vienna.
Wedding and party theming
Theming isn't only for corporate events. We create wedding set design and party theming for private celebrations across Surrey and Hampshire: floral canopies, ceremony backdrops, draping, bars and themed rooms. For a Suffolk country wedding, we designed and built a hand-made canopy of pink and white roses inside a stretch tent. We've also created themed private parties, from Africa-inspired celebrations to elegant draped receptions.

- De-rig: we remove everything and leave the venue as we found it.
Why choose Peachy for event set design & theming
Set design, lighting and staging under one roof: Most set designers rely on separate lighting and staging suppliers. We do all three, so your set is designed with the light and structure it needs from day one.
Event theming that works in real venues: We know venue rules on fixings, fire-retardant materials and access times, so our designs are practical as well as beautiful.
Set design for any budget and scale: From a single photo wall to a fully themed venue, we focus your budget where your guests will notice it most.
