Not every event needs a full production team. Sometimes you know exactly what you want: a stage for the band, a PA for the speeches, uplighters for the venue, a screen for the presentation. You just need it to arrive on time, work first time and be set up by people who know what they're doing.

Peachy Productions provides event equipment hire across London, Surrey and Hampshire from our warehouse in Aldershot. Every item is delivered, installed and tested by our technicians, and we can stay on site to operate it or come back to collect it afterwards. It's the same professional kit we use on our own productions, maintained in-house and checked before every job.

What you can hire from us

Lighting hire: Wireless LED uplighters, festoon and fairy lights, moving heads, pin spots, LED battens and haze machines, with control desks to run them. Ideal for weddings, parties, awards dinners and venue dressing.

Sound and PA hire: Speech PA systems, wireless microphones, full band and DJ systems, stage monitors and digital mixing desks, from a single speaker for a ceremony to a full live music rig.

Stage hire: DJ platforms, band risers, catwalks and modular stages in a range of sizes and heights, with stairs, skirting and handrails, built safely for indoor and outdoor events.

LED screen and projector hire: LED walls, TV screens on stands, projectors and screens for conferences, presentations, product launches and live streams.

Power distribution hire: Distribution boxes and cabling for marquees, fields and outdoor sites with no mains power.

1. Tell us what you need: send us your date, venue and the kit you have in mind, or describe the event and we'll recommend it.
2. Get a clear quote: an itemised quote with delivery, setup and collection included, so there are no surprises.
3. We deliver and install: our crew arrives at an agreed time, sets everything up and tests it with you.
4. Operate or leave it running: add a technician for the event, or we leave everything ready to go.
5. We collect: we pack down and remove everything, at the end of the night or the next morning.

Do you offer dry hire? Peachy Productions hire includes delivery and setup by our crew. For dry hire, where you collect and set up the kit yourself, book through our sister company PartyFix.

Can you leave the equipment with us during the event? Yes. We set everything up and test it with you, and leave it ready to use. If you'd rather not worry about it, add a technician to stay on site.

 Do you hire equipment for weddings? Yes. Uplighting, PA systems for speeches, staging for bands and dance floor lighting are among our most popular wedding hires.

How much notice do you need? The sooner the better, especially for summer weekends. Get in touch as soon as you have a date and venue.
