Peachy Productions provides event management for businesses, agencies, charities and festival organisers across London, Surrey and Hampshire. Our sales office is in Salisbury and our production warehouse is in Aldershot, so our planners and technical crew are never far from your venue. Because we also run the lighting, sound, staging and video in-house, the person planning your event is backed by the team delivering it.

Conferences and summits

From a hybrid board meeting to a 2,000-delegate summit, we manage the agenda, speaker logistics, staging, AV and live streaming as one plan. We have delivered conferences at venues including Chelsea Football Club in London.

Awards dinners and gala evenings

Running orders, walk-up music, winner reveals, catering timings and table plans, all scripted to the minute and called live on the night. Recent work includes the MPG Awards at Grosvenor House and the Three Mobile Indirect Partners Awards.

Brand activations, launches and roadshows

From a champagne activation at the Allianz Stadium, Twickenham, to a pop-up installation at Ragley Hall, we turn a marketing brief into a space people want to walk into, and repeat it reliably from one location to the next.

Festival and outdoor event management

Festivals, rallies, game fairs and sporting events start with an empty field and a long list of permissions. We manage the whole site: layout and site plans, licensing support, power, staging, toilets, traffic and pedestrian flow, contractor scheduling and safety documentation, so the event opens on time and runs safely. We have delivered outdoor productions including a mobile stage for The People's Vote rally, a pop-up installation at the Game Fair at Ragley Hall.

Unusual event management

Some briefs don't fit a standard venue or format. A projection show on a cathedral tower, an interactive light tunnel for a client activation in Vienna: these are the projects we enjoy most. We find what's possible in unusual spaces, solve the access, power and safety questions early, so ambitious ideas work on the day.

Event management FAQs

What does an event management company do? We plan and run your event from start to finish: budget, venue, suppliers, schedule and on-the-day delivery. Because we're also a production company, we supply and operate the lighting, sound, staging and video ourselves.

How far in advance should I book? For conferences and awards dinners, three to six months is ideal. Festivals and large outdoor events need nine to twelve months, to allow for licensing and site planning. We can also turn events around at short notice.

Can you work alongside our in-house events team or agency? Yes. Many clients use us as their production and delivery partner while they keep ownership of the brief and the client relationship.

Which areas do you cover? We mainly manage events across London, Surrey and Hampshire, and deliver roadshows and larger events nationwide.
