Dorney Court

Home to the Palmer family for fourteen generations, Dorney Court is a Grade I listed Tudor manor house in Buckinghamshire, with gabled roofs, landscaped gardens and a 12th century church, St James the Less, on the estate itself.

The interior layout has barely changed since 1500, which is part of why the house regularly appears on screen, including in Bridgerton, Poirot and Midsomer Murders.

The venue has hosted weddings since 1999 and has welcomed more than fifty celebrations, with the Great Hall offering an intimate space for ceremonies and the Coach House Barn, once the estate's Victorian brewery, hosting wedding breakfasts and receptions for up to 150 guests.

A private courtyard adjoining the barn and the wider North Lawn give guests room for drinks, croquet and photography against the backdrop of the house itself.

Gale Cottage, a self-catering property just steps from the barn, offers the bride, groom or close family a private place to stay overnight.
