Twenty rooms are spread across five floors:

• The Stephenson Suite: the largest room, holding up to 120 delegates theatre style.
• Five lounge areas: for networking, registration and catering breaks.
• Four smaller meeting rooms: for breakout sessions and workshops.

Every room has natural daylight, air conditioning, and hybrid or virtual meeting technology with on-site support.
