On the High Street in Amesbury, ten minutes from Stonehenge, Fairlawn House is a two hundred year old Georgian townhouse available for exclusive hire through A Little Place.

The property sleeps up to 32 guests across three linked areas: The Gallery, with eight en suite bedrooms and its own commercial kitchen, The Nook, with four ground floor en suite bedrooms, and, from April 2026, The Loft, which adds a further six beds alongside a cinema room and a small studio for yoga or workspace.

Shared spaces include the Drawing Room, which seats up to 14 for informal meetings or holds 30 standing for a presentation, and the Cellar, a larger space that seats 30 for dining or 50 standing, well suited to workshops, dinners or team events.

Catering can run fully self service or be handled by a private chef, and the house welcomes dogs for a small nightly charge.

With free on site parking, an EV charger nearby and excellent motorway links to London, Bath, Exeter and Southampton, Fairlawn House works equally well as a residential base for a corporate away day or a relaxed setting for a private celebration.
