BRIEF
Annual event bringing together 2000+ of the most influential decision-makers from the world of sport . Held in multiple rooms, the AV solution needed to deliver high-quality content accurately and clearly and with flexibility to enable content to be viewed in multiple rooms simultaneously.
APPROACH
- We devised an AV solution that allows content from a Plenary session on one side of the stand to be viewed and heard in any of the other 5 main conference rooms.
- Each room comprised of a branded set backdrop, stage, precise PA system with a combination of handheld, lapel, over the ear and lectern mics, live camera feeds and video switching/playback facilities.
- 3×3 LED wall was used to drive live content and sponsors messaging.
