We work with our clients in developing a project plan, which includes defining and confirming the project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and how goals will be achieved, quantifying the resources needed, and determining budgets and timelines for completion. It also includes managing the implementation of the project plan, along with operating regular 'controls' to ensure that there is accurate and objective information on 'performance' relative to the plan, and the mechanisms to implement recovery actions where necessary.

Weddings

Peachy Productions has extensive experience in designing, planning and fulfilling weddings of all shapes and sizes, from intimate family affairs to large themed extravaganzas. We’ll take a detailed brief and work with you throughout the planning process, and can source and dress your venue, provide your furniture, and arrange your entertainment. Above all, we understand that every wedding is different, and that we need to take care of all the details, allowing the central couple to relax and concentrate on enjoying themselves before and during their big day.

Parties

Much more than a party planner, Peachy Productions understands the difference between a good party and a great one. We will meet you, visit your site, and, together with you, will design and deliver the perfect party for your special occasion. We’ll convert a hall into Dracula’s Den for a Halloween party or transform a hotel into a mermaid’s rock cave for an underwater themed Bat Mitzvah, and we relish a creative challenge. From surprise birthday bashes to family reunions and lavish New Year’s Eve celebrations, we love a party as much as you do.
