Project Management
Project management is a carefully planned and organized effort to accomplish a specific event. We work with our clients in developing a project plan, which includes defining and confirming the project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and how goals will be achieved, quantifying the resources needed, and determining budgets and timelines for completion. It also includes managing the implementation of the project plan, along with operating regular 'controls' to ensure that there is accurate and objective information on 'performance' relative to the plan, and the mechanisms to implement recovery actions where necessary.
Wedding planning
Designing the bride’s perfect day is something that we are great at. We understand that attention to detail is critical, that a supporting shoulder may be required. We have been helping brides design and plan their weddings for many years and are comfortable offering as much or as little support and advice as is required.
Party Planning
Parties are fun to attend and can be even more fun to design. Using years of accumulated experience we have advised and designed many fabulous parties across the UK, together with our clients.
Corporate events
