Project management is a carefully planned and organized effort to accomplish a specific event. We work with our clients in developing a project plan, which includes defining and confirming the project goals and objectives, identifying tasks and how goals will be achieved, quantifying the resources needed, and determining budgets and timelines for completion. It also includes managing the implementation of the project plan, along with operating regular 'controls' to ensure that there is accurate and objective information on 'performance' relative to the plan, and the mechanisms to implement recovery actions where necessary.
Lighting
Imagine an event without lighting. There would be darkness! Lighting plays an important role at any event. Whether it is the disco at a wedding or the projecting the company brand at a product launch, both require lighting. Peachy Productions have been enhancing events, inside and out for over four years, with a wide range of of simple, intelligent and LED lights we are able to provide a tailored solution for any situation.
Theming
Stages
Well constructed, sturdy, available in any size, but finished imaculately with a carpet top and hard board fascia around the sides. This is how we believe a stage should be done, so we do! Speeches, bands, presentations, or conferences all recieve the same care and attention.
Marquees
With too many guests to invite and covered space an issue marquees are the ideal solution. Built using modern lightwieght aluminium frames, in a range of widths and lengths, marquees can be designed to fit any area or location. We have been involved with the design and build of tents for many years and have built up a network of trusted suppliers who offer national coverage at competitive prices.
Sound
Flown sound systems are used when you either need to reach a large number of people or when there might be issues with a ground system. Flying the speakers high in the air, focused down, allows the engineer greater control and consistancy over soun levels throughout the venue, whether in-doors or out.
