Description: We were approached to design build and manage a 2 day conference for 200 senior executives from around the world. Peachy Productions were asked to create a set and enteratinment based on the concept of "Stretch 300". The two days were structured to include presentations throughout day 1, followed by a dinner for all delegates down the Thames followed by a further day of presentations and workshops. Responsibilities included taxi and coach transfers to and from the Airport, guests checkin and registration, Content coordination.....
